At Teakore, each product is handcrafted with care, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we’ve created a simple and transparent cancellation and refund process.
Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once processing or shipping has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Returns & Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

The product is damaged during shipping

The item is defective in workmanship or material

Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items

Clearance or “Final Sale” items

Products that show signs of use or damage after delivery
Refunds & Replacements

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of approval.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

COD (Cash on Delivery) refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

Where possible, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund, at no additional shipping cost.
